Happy Turkey Monday!

Today is Thanksgiving for us up here in Canada, so I'm taking the day off to rest and eat turkey.

    Happy Thanksgiving! We have a fun, family tradition at our house of always having turkey on Canadian Thanksgiving. I'm not sure when it started but my kids always expect it.

    Happy Monday to you, too. We have the leftovers in the fridge today...turkey, gravy, stuffing, cranberry--yummylicious!

    Car, I may start a new tradition of having turkey on the US Thanksgiving (or close to it, when we're not driving down to shop).

    Ooh, leftovers! I so love not having to cook every night when I get home from work.
